Yup..here's where Tenkai's greatest military tactician lives....mostly under a huge sea of books. If you open the door to books...Tenpou may just be in there somewhere...you just have to fish him out. Either that or he's either fallen asleep whilst reading, or reading so deeply that he doesn't notice that you're there. Every type of book can be found here...go in a ask..just make sure you bring it back in good condition.
